Step 1.

Obtain an admission form for a fee

Step 2.

Fill out and return the completed form with:

* Child’s recent passport photographs (2)
* Parents’ recent passport photographs (1 each)
* Photocopy of child’s birth certificate
* Last school report (for children already in school)
* Photocopy of immunization record
* General health record

Step 3.

Child is scheduled for a placement assessment

Step 4.

Parents are scheduled for an interview with school administration
